These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by LinkPage Australia, referred to in this document as LinkPage, we, our or us. By accessing or using our website, subscription services or lead generation products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, subscribing to any service or using any lead or digital product supplied by LinkPage, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and LinkPage.

2. Service Description

LinkPage provides exclusive lead generation services to contractors, trades, professional service providers and other business operators throughout Australia. Leads are generated through digital marketing campaigns and delivered directly to you by email, SMS or through your account.

LinkPage does not sell guaranteed outcomes, guaranteed job bookings or guaranteed volumes of leads. Our service is the delivery of enquiries only.

3. Registration and Account Requirements

3.1. To access our services you must register for an account and pay the required sign up fee.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
3.3. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.4. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep your details updated.
3.5. You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent fees or restrictions.

4. Trial Period

4.1. New users may receive a fifteen day trial period when stated at the time of purchase.
4.2. During the trial you will receive exclusive leads from the nominated lead category.
4.3. Trial access is non refundable except where no leads were delivered during the trial period.
4.4. Any trial benefit is offered at our discretion and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1. After the trial period your subscription will continue on the plan selected at checkout.
5.2. Subscription fees are payable regardless of the number of leads delivered or converted.
5.3. All payments are final. Once payment is received no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account dashboard.
5.5. Cancellation prevents future payments only. It does not provide refunds for past payments.
5.6. By subscribing, you authorise LinkPage to charge the payment method on record for recurring fees.

6. Lead Delivery and Lead Quality

6.1. Leads are delivered to you in real time as they are generated.
6.2. Leads are exclusive to your subscription category and service region.
6.3. LinkPage does not pre qualify or verify leads and makes no guarantee regarding the intentions, accuracy or legitimacy of individual customer enquiries.
6.4. You are responsible for following up leads promptly and professionally.
6.5. LinkPage does not guarantee job bookings, revenue, profitability or business outcomes.

7. No Refund Policy

7.1. All payments made to LinkPage are final.
7.2. Once payment is received no refunds will be provided for sign up fees, subscription fees or pay per lead purchases.
7.3. This policy exists due to the substantial advertising and marketing costs required to generate exclusive leads.
7.4. By using our services you acknowledge and accept this strict no refund policy.

8. Exclusivity and Non Compete

8.1. Leads supplied to you are exclusive for your use and must not be shared, resold or transferred.
8.2. You agree not to replicate, copy or reverse engineer LinkPage marketing strategies.
8.3. You agree not to operate or participate in a competing lead generation service for twelve months after termination of your subscription.

9. Termination

9.1. LinkPage may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions, misuse our services or engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
9.2. Upon termination you will lose access to all leads, dashboards and subscription benefits.
9.3. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All branding, content, marketing materials, website data, digital assets and intellectual property belong to LinkPage.
10.2. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use LinkPage intellectual property without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, LinkPage is not liable for:
• Loss of income
• Loss of business or opportunities
• Loss caused by client failure to respond to leads
• Loss arising from inaccurate or false customer enquiries
• Indirect, consequential or incidental damages

11.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in the previous month.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LinkPage, its staff, contractors and partners harmless from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Modifications to Services or Terms

LinkPage may update, change or modify these Terms and Conditions or any part of our services at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts located in Australia.
